You can make a booking enquiry by emailing bookings@offenhamvillagehall.org.uk

OR by contacting The Booking Secretary by Phone or Text on 07519 033287

and leave a message with the date & times you require.

The Booking Secretary will then get in touch with you to confirm if the hall is available.

The Phone is not manned and may take several days to reply please be patience.

When CONFIRMED print and complete our booking form (see Below) and email to

bookings@offenhamvillagehall.org.uk or post it ref the details on the form.

Payment details are on the form.

If you are Hiring a Bouncy Castle or Similar please read Relevant Hall Instructions and Guide

Make sure the castle is not inflated or used near or under the projector.

Offenham Village Hall is a licensed premises and therefore holds the licence to sell alcohol.

Under the booking conditions & LICENSING ACT 2023 you are not allowed to sell alcohol at any event

We can provide a fully stocked bar for any event.
